The ISA believes that racism undermines public health. We stand in solidarity against racism, violence and intolerance wherever it may occur. Included in our mission is ensuring all patients are treated with dignity and respect. This extends beyond the operating room. We will help any patient in need and we support the health and safety of every person.
ISA pledges to be a proactive voice that serves to educate our communities on how racism impacts our health. We promise to listen to our members and be part of the solution that helps our Black physicians.
